Rohtang lies at a distance of 3,978 meters above from sea level and located in the eastern hills in Himachal Tourism ,the high mountain pass of the Pir Panjal Range. The pass lies at a colorful location with the rivers Chenab or beas which is lies to the southern and northern side of Rohtang Pass.   • About Hadimba Devi Temple
Situated atop a hillock the Hadimba Devi Temple is surrounded by thick deodar forests and was built in 1553. The temple is dedicated to the Rakshasi Hidimba who was also the wife of the Pandava Bhima. The temple structure is built in a distinctive architectural style, structure is also made primarily of wood and 70 meters from the temple also lays a temple who dedicated to Ghatotkacha, that somewhat crosses Indian architecture with the one employed in the Buddhist monasteries.  the son of Bhima and Hidimba and a hero of the Mahabharata war.

4. Vashist Hot Water Springs

Vashist is famous for its sulphurous Hot Water Springs, the place lies at a distance of 4-5 kilometers from Manali and is situated across the Beas River in Himachal Tourism.This village is a very  popular attraction among tourist and pilgrims. The springs also can be enjoyed in privacy at the Turkish-styles bath houses which are available here. The village is also acclaimed for its stone temple which is dedicated to a local saint Vashishth.

Rashtrapati Niwas The Indian Institute of Advanced Study , housed in the famous Viceregal Lodge located on top of the Observatory Hill at Himachal Tourism.  The year 1965 saw the formulation of Indian Institute of Advanced Study here by Dr. Radhakrishnan.The building was constructed between 1880 and 1888 during British reign.
