1. Rohtang Pass

• Open Timings:     closed in Nov. to April due to weather condition and Closed on Tuesdays and  Reopens Mid May.

Rohtang lies at a distance of 3,978 meters above from sea level and located in the eastern hills in Himachal Tourism ,the high mountain pass of the Pir Panjal Range. The pass lies at a colorful location with the rivers Chenab or beas which is lies to the southern and northern side of Rohtang Pass. 2. Solang Valley

Solang valley is also known as the ‘Snow Point’ and is famous for hosting various winter adventure sports like skiing, parachuting and paragliding etc. The views from the location are very magnificent. 3. Hadimba Temple

• About Hadimba Devi Temple

Situated atop a hillock the Hadimba Devi Temple is surrounded by thick deodar forests and was built in 1553. The temple is dedicated to the Rakshasi Hidimba who was also the wife of the Pandava Bhima. The temple structure is built in a distinctive architectural style, structure is also made primarily of wood and 70 meters from the temple also lays a temple who dedicated to Ghatotkacha, that somewhat crosses Indian architecture with the one employed in the Buddhist monasteries.  the son of Bhima and Hidimba and a hero of the Mahabharata war.

4. Vashist Hot Water Springs

• Famous for:        Nature, Photography, Hot water springs.
• Open Timings:   Daily (7 AM – 1 PM & 2 PM – 10 PM).
• Duration:            30 mins-1 hour.

• About Vashist Hot Water Springs

Vashist is famous for its sulphurous Hot Water Springs, the place lies at a distance of 4-5 kilometers from Manali and is situated across the Beas River in Himachal Tourism.This village is a very  popular attraction among tourist and pilgrims. The springs also can be enjoyed in privacy at the Turkish-styles bath houses which are available here. The village is also acclaimed for its stone temple which is dedicated to a local saint Vashishth.

5. Tibetan Monasteries

• Opening Timings: Shrine timings are from 7am to 7pm. Open Daily.

• About Tibetan Monasterie

Adhan Thekchhokling Gompa and Himalayan  Nyingmapa Gompa are the most famous.  Manali is also the home of Tibetan Monasteries.These monasteries are built by Tibetan refugees and are a must visit for anyone wanting to get a glimpse of their culture. The monasteries are built Pagoda style and house a shrine of Lord Buddha.

6. Beas River

Beas River is uppercut in kullu district.Its flows around 470 kilometres to Satluj river in Punjab. Beas originates from the Himalayas .In Himachal Tourism,the river also marks the eastern border of Alexander the Great’s

empire in 326 BC who was forced to stop his expedition here.has various camping spots and water sports.

7. Great Himalayan National Park

Great Himalayan National Park is a shelter for all nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts.Visitors can also enjoy a scenic views of the nearby valley and mountain passes. At Himachal Tourism Gulaba is a quaint village surrounded with snow peaked mountains and scenic views. It comes enroute to Rohtang Pass and serves a good alternative whenever Rohtang Pass is closed. Manikaran is a place associated with many tales and legends  it is also an important pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Sikhs, . Christ Church has been an important part of Shimla's spectacle. Rashtrapati Niwas The Indian Institute of Advanced Study , housed in the famous Viceregal Lodge located on top of the Observatory Hill at Himachal Tourism.  The year 1965 saw the formulation of Indian Institute of Advanced Study here by Dr. Radhakrishnan.The building was constructed between 1880 and 1888 during British reign.

Summer Hill a quaint town located on the outskirts of Shimla,Potter’s Hill is also called as Summer Hill . In the past, this was where potters used to gather clay to make pots.
