The Kangra valley is the valley an ancient temples and  one of the most picturesque valleys of Himachal Tourism. It provides a wounderful contrast in nature of places to be visited. The valley, sheltered by the sublime Dhauladhar range, is green and luxuriant. The history of Kangra valley dates back to the Vedic times more than 3500 years ago,Dharamsala is full of Buddhist air whereas  The area was exposed to successive invasions, the last being the British domination of the princes of many small the hill states.Crafts like the exquisitely designed shawls and miniature paintings of this region are internationally appreciated making Kangra one of the prime holiday destinations.

Jwalamukhi, also known as Jwala ji, is famous for an ancient temple of the goddess of the same name, and features holy flames that run on natural gas. Himachal Tourism is provide the Other important temples include Brajeshwari Devi temple, Chamunda Devi temple, Chintpurni temple and Baijnath Shiva temple. Brajeshwari Devi Temple and the rock cut temples of Masrur are quite famous. Some other places of interest are Maharana Pratap Sagar Sanctuary, Sujanpur-Tira and Kangra town. There are also important Buddhist temples in Dharamshala, Sidhbari, Rewalsar and the Tibetan Colony in Bir.  Historical villages of Pragpur and Garli are also located here.there is also a fort located at kangra ”The Kangra Fort”.

McLeod Ganj is a suburb of Dharamshala in Kangra district of Himachal Tourism, India. It is known as "Little Lhasa" or "Dhasa" (a short form of Dharamshala used mainly by Tibetans) because of its large population of Tibetans. The Tibetan government-in-exile is headquartered in McLeod Ganj.Around 4 km above Dharamsala, or 10km via the main road, McLeodganj is a British place, McLEodganj / Dharamsala received little attention from the outside world for most of its history. McLeod Ganj was named after Sir David McLeod.

Palampur has several interesting trails for travellers to trek. It is a quiet and beautiful town situated on a plateau with the backdrop of the dramatical Bundla stream cutting across on one edge.
